General Description

The Vertical NEA Line is a robustly engineered unit designed for direct mounting on pits, tanks, or walls. Its pumping elements operate permanently submerged in the fluid, ensuring constant and efficient suction.

Its industrial-grade construction handles aggressive or neutral fluids of very high viscosity, with a high content of solid particles (up to 70 mm) or fibers. It includes a suction strainer and a template-drilled mounting flange for secure, turbulence-free anchoring.

The drive unit (gear motor) couples directly and concentrically to the pump through an adapter lantern, using a standard solid shaft. This architecture ensures that all axial loads are absorbed by the pump's bearing, protecting the motor and delivering turbulence-free pumping that preserves the fluid's structure.
