Food & Beverage / Cosmetic

General Description

The FFA Line is engineered specifically to meet the most demanding requirements of the food, beverage, and cosmetics industries. With all metal parts in contact with the fluid manufactured in polished AISI 316 stainless steel, it ensures total process hygiene.

It stands out for its smooth, pulsation-free pumping action (low shear), ideal for sensitive products that cannot withstand rough handling. Its modular design, with quick assembly and disassembly via Tri-Clamp fittings, also allows for effective cleaning and is fully compatible with CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes.

The FFA series is extremely versatile, making it the preferred choice for the transfer and dosing of:

  • Beverage Industry: Beer, cider, wine, malt, and liquors.
  • Dairy and Dairy Derivatives: Milk, butter, cheese, cream, and curds.
  • Processed Foods: Dough, extracts, fats, fruit, gelatin, honey, jams, sauces, and syrups.
  • Cosmetics and Personal Care: Lotions, shampoos, soaps, ointments, and toothpaste.

We supply the pump bare-shaft or mounted on a hygienic-design stainless steel baseplate. Contact our engineering department for performance curves and CAD/PDF drawings corresponding to your required flow rate.

Why choose the FFA Line?
Gentle Flow: Since it does not generate shear, it is ideal for pumping fluids with suspended solids (such as fruit chunks in yogurt) without damaging them.
Safe Cleaning: Optional CIP ports ensure that water and chemical solutions thoroughly sanitize all internal parts.
Maintenance: Simple assembly components (pin joint design) that make direct on-site technical servicing easier.
