General Description
The ADP Line (and its monoblock ADBP variant) is the definitive solution for dosing and micro-sampling applications that demand pinpoint accuracy. It delivers a continuous, pulsation-free flow for abrasive media and viscosities up to 20,000 cP.
Unlike conventional piston or diaphragm dosing pumps, the ADP Line uses no check valves, completely eliminating sticking, premature wear, and clogging caused by solids. Flow is strictly linear and can be regulated using standard variable frequency drives (VFDs) or a PLC.

- Water & Wastewater Treatment: High-precision dosing of polymers and flocculants.
- Chemical Industry: Metering of additives, dye and reagent injection.
- Manufacturing: Dosing of adhesives, glues, and lubricants into blends.
- Laboratory: Sampling applications and analytical dosimetry.
Because it is based on the progressive cavity principle, the ADP Line delivers fluid at a constant volume regardless of pressure or viscosity. Unlike piston or diaphragm dosing pumps, which inject in discrete strokes, the ADP provides a continuous stream of product, resulting in far more homogeneous blends in the main process lines.
